User Instruction
Please download the App by clicking on the relevant App store image below and sign up with mobile number or email address. Choose L8 for the Mirror range or L6 for the standard range for configuration or 2/3 way intermediate switching setup.
For dual band routers have single SSID (ie. Telstra NBN Smart router) , please turn off Band Steering or Band Broadcasting in the router settings then connect mobile phone to 2.4 ghz before setting up switches to WiFi. All our products work on 2.4 ghz WiFi ONLY.
Troubleshooting tips: connect the smart light switch to a hotspot to see if it works properly.
