Information we collect
When you use our Contact Us form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, enquiry type, subject and message. A mobile number is optional. You may include business, product or project details in your message. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed to answer your enquiry.
When you visit the website, Squarespace activity logs and the Meta Pixel may collect technical and usage information, such as browser or device information, pages visited and interactions. The information collected can vary with your browser settings and the services involved.
How we use information
We use enquiry details to respond to you, provide product or technical support, handle retailer and project enquiries, and keep records relating to those communications. We use website activity information to operate and improve the website and measure advertising performance.
How information is held and shared
The website and Contact Us form are hosted by Squarespace. Form submissions are held in the Squarespace site account, and a copy is sent to Ctec's notification email. Squarespace says that information may be transferred to countries where Squarespace or its service providers operate, including the United States. Meta may receive website activity and device information through the Pixel; refer to Meta's policy for information about its handling and international processing.

As at the date above, the website does not display a cookie preference banner, and its current settings allow non-essential cookies. Retention
We keep enquiry information while we handle the enquiry. After it has been handled, Ctec will delete the Squarespace form submission and the email copy unless the law requires us to retain it. Copies held in provider backups may remain subject to the provider's retention practices.
Access, correction and privacy complaints
To request access to, correction or deletion of personal information Ctec holds about you, or to make a privacy complaint, use our Contact Us page and mention "Privacy request". We will review and respond to your request. If your concern is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where applicable.
